Alicia is the Hospital Manager at Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital and a proud Bay Area native who thrives in the heart of the Tri-Valley community. She’s all about supporting local pets and their people, and she feels pretty lucky to do it in the vibrant city of Pleasanton (where there’s always something wagging or purring). With a lifelong love for animals and a big heart for their humans, Alicia is especially proud to be one of only three hospital managers in all of California (and just twelve in the entire country!) to hold a Fear Free Veterinary Certification. Yep, she’s that passionate about making vet visits less scary and more tail-waggy.

When she’s not making things happen at the hospital, Alicia is living the Air Force life as a proud military wife, raising two awesome kids, and wrangling a house full of lovable chaos. Her fur babies include Birdie, a sweet and sassy 7-year-old Lab/Wirehair Pointer mix; Otis, a terrier mix with the world’s most unforgettable face (and a heart of gold); and the newest addition: Olive, a spirited black Lab puppy who's already mastered the art of stealing hearts.

Outside of work, Alicia’s always in motion! Whether she’s chasing sunsets by the water, cheering for the San Diego Padres, or diving into the latest true crime docuseries. She and her husband also love tackling DIY home projects, and she’s known for baking next-level browned butter chocolate chip cookies that are basically happiness in dessert form.
